Karina's Project (Animatic)

After a bit of jiggery-pokery, the animatic is done with approximate timings with the correct audio, and tells the story well, but more importantly gives us animators some timings to work off.

It's a sad story, and Karina wanted to convey the loneliness and helplessness of the character via the medium and style of animation. The solitude he faces was to be made apparent through the use of charcoal medium being black on while. As the frame progress this is to be smudged out and worked over, so that passing frames are still apparent to the audience, symbolising the protagonists unending impotence at being able to disappear completely too. He is trapped in his body, and with no end in sight must watch the days repeat themselves. The ending sequence of the animation will convey that through repetition and the final scenes matching the wording.
